Sauce 2
Mashed Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Mashed Red Pepper 1 tbsp
Mashed Garlic 2 tbsp
Mashed Ginger 1 tbsp
RECIPE
1) Wash the lettuce
and shred, arrange on dish surface
2) Wash cuttlefish and cut into pieces,
boil by hot water until cooked
3) Put cuttlefish on surface of lettuce
after cuttlefish cool down
4) Mix sauce (1) and (2) and put on
surface of cuttlefish, serve
