1) Peel apples and
cut into dices, clean cabrillas fish
and remove all inner organ
2) Heat pot with 1 liter of water
by high heat, add ginger and apple
dices
3) Turn into low heat after water
is boiled, keep cooking for 15 minutes
4) Add cabrillas fishes, cook for
more 10 minutes, add salt and wine,
stir well
5) Pour into large bowl, sprinkle
chopped spring onion and sesame oil,
serve
