1) Cut hog rib into
small pieces, then parboil by boiling
water, for 10 minutes
2) Heat pot with 1000 ml water in
high heat, add hog rib and ginger
3) Turn in low heat, add seaweed and
yellow wine, boil for 40 minutes
4) Add salt and stir well, keep heat
for 2 minutes, serve
