Slice the mutton very thinly.
Mix together the salt, pepper,
soy sauce, scallion, ginger peppercorn,
water, MSG, and sesame oil, add
to the mutton, stirring until
well-coated. Let marinate 30 minutes
for longer.
- String the mutton slices on
skewers . Roast over a charcoal
fire until cooked through and
serve.
