1) Slice fillet into
bite sizes across the vertical grain
2) Slightly press by chopper then
marinated by seasoning (1) for 30
minutes
3) Remove seeds of tomato, shred,
also shred the onion
4) Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, fry
steak fillet in medium heat
5) Dish up steak when fillets are
almost cooked
6) Heat wok again with 2 tbsp of oil,
stir fry onion
7) Add in shredded tomato, stir fry
well, add sauce
8) Add in steak while sauce is boiled,
stir fry well, dish up and serve
