1) Wash beef, wipe
dry and shred, marinate with seasoning
(1) for 10 minutes
2) Wash bitter gourd and red pepper,
remove seeds and shred
3) Wash fermented black bean, press
by fingers gently
4) Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, stir
fry shredded bitter gourd until deep
green
5) Add in fermented black bean and
minced garlic, stir fry
6) Add in seasoning (2) and stir fry
until dry, dish up
7) Heat wok again with 2 tbsp of oil,
stir fry shredded beef
8) Add in stir fried bitter gourd
while beef almost cooked
9) Keep stir fry, add shredded red
pepper, add sauce
10) Stir fry and mix well, dish up
and serve

Fermented Black Bean can be purchased
in Chinese dry-food store.....
