1) Wash chive, then
cut into short sections
2) Wash beef and shred, marinate with
seasoning for 10 minutes
3) Wash and drain green bean spout
4) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add
green bean spouts and stir fry
5) Add 1 tbsp of water while green
bean spouts turn soft
6) Stir fry until cook, dish up and
drain dry
7) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add
shredded ginger while oil is heat
8) Add marinated beef and stir fry
for a while, add chive
9) Stir fry for a while, add in green
bean spouts, stir well
10) Pour in sauce, keep stirring,
dish up when sauce dry, serve
Remark
tbsp - table spoon
If salt is added to marinate the
beef, it will makes the beef hard
and dry !!!
