1) Clean pork, cut into
thick and small slices, marinate with
seasoning (1)
2) Chop pineapple, green and red pepper
into small dices
3) Soak dry black mushroom by hot
water until soft, chop into 4 pieces
each
4) Add egg white into marinated pork
and mix well
5) Fully coated each pork slices by
corn flour
6) Heat wok with plenty of oil, put
pork into hot oil one by one in high
heat
7) Turn into low heat when all pork
are put into wok
8) Turn into high heat after pork
turn into golden, then dish up pork
9) Pour out hot oil, heat same wok
which some oil is left on wok
10) Pour in green and red pepper,
mushroom, stir fry in high heat for
1 minute
11) Add pineapple and mixed sauce,
stir fry until sauce is boiled
12) Add parboiled pork, stir fry well
until pork turn into red, dish up
and serve
Remark
tbsp - table spoon
To make pork be crispy, stir fry
the sauce not later then 1 hour
after parboiled of pork.
Pork-rib, chicken meat, beancurd,
shrimps, lobster, chestnut (for
vegetarians) are optioned.
