1) Whisk egg with 1
tbsp of cornflour and 1/2 tbsp of
water
2) Fry with few oil into thin sheet,
shred into pieces when it cool
3) Cut the yellow chive and red chili
into short stalks, for later use
3) Heat the wok with few oil, stir
fry the green bean spout, drain out
water
4) Shred the pork into short row,
marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
5) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add
shredded ginger after the oil becomes
heat
6) Stir fry the shredded pork until
cooked, add bean spout and yellow
chive
7) Add shredded red chili and egg,
then add sauce, stir mix well, dish
up
